Salad with pears, nuts and cheese
Very tasty, light salad for new year's eve. The original dressing with soy sauce "Kikkoman" will not leave anyone indifferent. I planned this salad with cheese Dor-blue, but I have disappeared from the fridge. had to go replace at least noble cheese, "brie". Also not too bad...

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Walnuts

    20 g

  • Arugula

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Maple syrup

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Wasabi

  • Blue cheese

These are the products you'll need to prepare this salad. Forgot to rip the arugula))).

Nuts fry in a dry frying pan. pear clean from the skin, cut into 8 pieces, removing the core. If the pear you got hard, its a boil with the addition of red wine.

French mustard can be changed to wasabi, if you like Asian cuisine. In a jar with a lid mix all ingredients for sauce.

Close tightly the lid and unbolted our sauce.
