Broccoli salad with the cranberry sauce
The recipe for this salad I found on a Japanese website. In Asian cuisine it is often used berry sauces for salads and condiments for meat and fish. I made this salad, and I liked it very much. So this recipe I decided to share with you. I really hope that you will enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    50 g

  • Corn

    50 g

  • Red onion

    30 g

  • Pine nuts

    20 g

  • Sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

First you need to boil for 3 minutes mini corn and broccoli. Then immediately drain in a colander and immerse in ice water to broccoli retained its beautiful bright color. Celery stalks peel with a vegetable peeler, peel the onion and finely chop it. Select from cranberry sauce some grapes and put them in the salad for decoration.

For the sauce you need to take 1 tbsp sauce "wild cranberry" TM Darbo, add 1 tsp. light balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Grind all hand blender. Taste. If you think it needs a little salt, add yourself to taste.

Celery and corn to cut, add broccoli and chopped onion. Pine nuts fry on a dry pan, cool. The salad with the sauce obtained, mix and put in salad bowl. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
