Cheesecake with oatmeal and starch
Cheesecakes are always good and up to date at Breakfast to a hot strong coffee or a Cup of tea. I offer the unusual option of cooking with oatmeal and corn starch. Delicate, lightweight structure and a pleasant crust will give a feeling of satiety and energy for a long time.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    45 g

  • Corn starch

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

To achieve the desired consistency of the dough for cheesecakes, all ingredients should be at room temperature. Hercules grind into flour.

In grated cheese add egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, crushed corn flakes, sifted starch.

Knead thoroughly with your hands in disposable gloves until smooth.

Panarea lightly in flour, formed into cakes of any shape. I used a cookie cutter. I got 10 pieces of 50 grams each and one small.
