Stuffed chicken legs
Another dish on my holiday table.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Bow white

  • Carrots

  • Spices

1. Gently, without damaging, remove skin from chicken legs. 2. Detachable fillet from the bone.

3. Grind the fillets and mushrooms. Mix. 4. Add cheese, spices, onions, and carrots (they you can pre-fry). Mix.

5. Stuff the legs to form the shape.

One I wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Another roll in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs and fry in a pan. Cut into thin slices.

You can serve it both cold and hot. For the holiday table, I decorate the drumstick mayonnaise mesh.
