Cake
Berries and cream cake will be enjoyed by everyone. Cooked in my mom's place, and this day came the real spring weather. I will try to convey a taste of spring with this sweet.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

  • Red currants

  • Strawberry

  • Cheese curd

  • Cream

    400 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Powdered sugar

  • White chocolate

  • Sugar

Cooking

Beat the yolks with the sugar until the volume increases.

Gelatin dissolve over low heat, do not boil!!! Add half of gelatin to smorodinovoe mass, stir and put on the cake. Spread evenly over the surface and put in the freezer to solidify.

In the strawberry mixture add the powdered sugar, remaining gelatin. All carefully stir and pour on top of frozen black currant layer. Again put in the freezer.
