Chicken schnitzel in potato crust
Was doing the first time, it worked! Listen to "Love to cook", like... done! Quick and interesting.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Butter

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

Slice the chicken fillets for schnitzels, beat in a cellophane package.

Schnitzels salt and pepper and coat both sides with mixture of sour cream and mustard. Allow to soak for 5-10 minutes.

Peeled potatoes to grate on a coarse grater, combine with chopped greens.

Schnitzels dip in beaten egg, then in flour, again in egg and raw potatoes with herbs.

Fry both sides in butter over medium heat until Golden brown.
