Cooking
Clean the fish, cut into pieces. Chop the onion and carrots, sauté first the onion, then carrots, to extinguish under a cover.
Scroll through fish and vegetables through a meat grinder.
Add the egg and bread (moistened in water).
Boil eggs, cut into quarters. Of minced meat blind boat to roll slightly in flour, lay the inside of the egg slices.
Make the sauce to your taste. I mixed homemade adjika, Lecho and the remains of sour cream. Pour into mold and put "boat". Put in the oven to bake, once pulled out, after 15 mins, smeared edge sauce boats back in the oven.
The second time you pulled in the fridge stale Bulgarian pepper, made 3 sails, they were coated with vegetable oil, sprinkled with grated cheese and again in the oven for another 10 minutes.
While preparing a boat, boil the spaghetti in salted water + vegetable oil until tender. Drain in a colander, let the water drain out. Put the spaghetti, sprinkle with finely chopped greens, spread on top "boats". I wish there was colored spaghetti, the view would be more interesting. )))
