Roulade of potatoes with walnuts
Wanted to experiment with potatoes. It was very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Nuts

    150 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Prepare the base: boil the potatoes and pass through a meat grinder, add 2 tbsp flour, 2 eggs, salt, pepper

For the filling: onions finely chop and fry until Golden brown in butter, chop nuts and herbs (of your choice) chopped

The potatoes on the cooking foil with the help of flour roll out into a rectangular formation (with your hands)

The onion distributed across the surface of the potatoes

On top sprinkle with the chopped herbs

Top green liberally sprinkle with nuts

With the film wrapped in a roll

Ready roll cut into slices on 3cm and fry in butter

Lubricate the form of butter and put the finished rolls

Prepare the sauce: cream, eggs, sour cream - whisk, add salt and pepper

Pour the sauce over the rolls and place in preheated oven to 180C for 15 minutes
