Description
This dish makes dinner a hearty, but light and airy. The recipe comes from the cookbook "Home feast", a slightly reworked and happily eaten in our family.

Cooking
Potatoes wash, peel and boil.
While cooking potatoes, cut onions and fry in butter
Separate the whites from the yolks
Proteins whisk in a separate bowl until the appearance of sharp ridges on the protein mixture (5-6 minutes with a mixer)
Heat some milk and make mashed potatoes - it must be uniform and not too thick. Add salt and pepper and cheese until melted. Then add the egg yolks, peas and fish.
Then gently blend the mixture with proteins.
Heat the oven to 190°C. the Bottom and edges of deep forms of grease (in my version of vegetable oil) and cover with a layer of bread crumbs (I sprinkled with semolina form). Spread mixture in the prepared dish and place in the oven for 50 minutes, until souffle will not airy and Golden. Bon appetit!
