I represent to your attention a salad with wild rice AQUATICA from Mistral and shrimp. For all seafood lovers. The recipe is not mine, shared with me one of my friends that we studied in instructor sports. Per serving contains: Protein-of 22.75 g Carbohydrates 31,3 g Fat 6,7 g Calories-cal 276,55.

Cooking
Wild rice AQUATICA from Mistral. Cook in advance and therefore does not take into account the cooking time.
Fry cooked shrimp in butter for about 3 minutes.
Carefully separate the sheet 3 from the salad.
3 lettuce leaves torn into pieces.
Add cooked wild rice and chopped onions, mix thoroughly.
Pour the natural yoghurt and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
At the end add the finely chopped chilli and shrimp.
Two leaves of lettuce to place in the bowls and put them in our salad.
The third lettuce divide in half and cover them with our serving. You can serve immediately. I left overnight in the fridge (delicious surprise for the wife)
