Avocado salad with shrimp
Once upon a time in the restaurant tried this salad. He made a good impression on me. In addition to the salad was sweet and sour sauce. The taste is very unusual. Made - turned out very nice! Husband - love it!!! You can also try this.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

  • Avocado

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Pepper

  • Mayonnaise

  • Cognac

    1 tsp

  • Greens

  • Lemon

  • Salt

Prepare the basic ingredients for making salad.

Boil shrimp in salted water.

Avocado cut into two halves, remove the stone.

Tablespoon carefully cut out the flesh of the avocado, being careful not to damage the peel (the resulting "boats" needed for decoration).
