Cooking
Prepare the basic ingredients for making salad.
Boil shrimp in salted water.
Avocado cut into two halves, remove the stone.
Tablespoon carefully cut out the flesh of the avocado, being careful not to damage the peel (the resulting "boats" needed for decoration).
The flesh of the avocado cut in cubes.
Pineapple cut in small pieces.
Boiled shrimp clean. If large shrimp - cut in half. A couple of unpeeled shrimp leave for decoration.

Salad dressed with mayonnaise and add a teaspoon of cognac.
