Pancakes with liver and rice
Delicious homemade cakes. Prepared simply and quickly.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Salt

    3 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.333 cup

  • Water

    0.333 cup

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

Proteins separated from the yolks. beat the whites to a froth.
