Description
Very tasty and filling buns, who love all children... and adults too. They are very convenient to take, so I cook them often in the road or on a picnic.

Cooking
Brew preheat, put all the ingredients for the dough in a food processor and knead the dough.
Put the dough in a bowl, cover with clingfilm and put in a warm place for 30-40 minutes until doubled.
While the dough rises, make filling. Cut the onions, as small as possible.
In the beef add the onion, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, stir.
Tomatoes cut into thin slices.
The cheese cut 8 pieces, the rest grate on a coarse grater.
The working surface (table) grease with vegetable oil. Ebonite the dough, put on the table, divide into 8 equal parts.
Each part roll into a thin pellet.
From mince form 8 meatballs flat. Place the cutlet in the middle of the tortillas, smear 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Then put a piece of cheese and a thin slice of tomato.
Gather the edges of the dough and zasypnica.
Place buns on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese burgers. Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
