Cooking
For pancakes, mix the flour with salt, sugar, baking powder, add eggs.
Start kneading the dough, pouring in a little chicken broth (cold) and stirring the batter with a whisk until smooth.
Add to the dough vegetable oil and stir. You can make the pancakes entirely on broth or take it mixed with milk (serum) - that will be on hand.
Bake pancakes in the usual way.
For the filling, cook the short-grain rice. I figure italika from the Mistral. Tastier cook rice in chicken broth, of course. But you can on the water.
Cooked chicken cut into pieces.
Mix cooked rice, chicken, sliced eggs and grated cheese - try the salt, if necessary sunflower. Season the stuffing with melted butter.
This stuffed nafarshiruyte pancakes and lightly fry them in the pan!
Stuffed pancakes can be cooked in the evening and in the morning only to fry. Also they are easy to freeze for future use. That's one piece of chicken to feed a large family!
