Amazing lean bagels
A minimum of cost and effort and time, and the result is a delicious vegetable rolls. Can be done with any filling, what is at hand! In my recipe they are with prunes and plum jam. I did with the dried apricots. My family devoured instantly!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Water, carbonated

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Jam

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix mineral water and sunflower oil, baking powder.

Add gradually flour and knead the dough. The dough should not be too hard.
