                        This recipe I found on one of the culinary sites now do not even remember exactly where. But the bread is very loved by my family and I bake it quite often, especially in the post. It does not require a lot of time and effort and the dough is quite possible to knead in a food processor, but it's just magical!

                    Ingredients

                                                            -

2 Tbsp

                                                            -

1.5 Tbsp

                                                            -

3 Tbsp

//= Yii::t('app', 'Total calories: ') . $recipe['ingredients']['total_calories'] ?>

                                                    Cooking

                            Pour malt with boiling water (¾ cups).

                            Sift into the bowl of wheat and rye flour, add the yeast and salt. Mix it all together.

                            Pour the flour malt, a Cup of water, vegetable oil and honey. Knead well. I kneaded by hand, but it is possible in a food processor with kneading accessory. The dough was very sticky and not too thick. Cover it with a lid or towel and leave in a warm place to rise.

                            My dough ever 1 hour. Now pour the bran and, optionally, fillers ( sunflower seeds or pumpkin – 0,5 stack., nuts – 0,5 stack., sesame seeds 3-4 tbsp If you use nuts, do not need to grind, otherwise the bread will not rise, better just smash hands). All again carefully mix and put into a form.

                            To flatten this dough, use water to moisten her hands, a spoon or silicone spatula so the top will be smooth. From the top you can sprinkle with sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, etc. I tried to bake this bread in the forms of muffins – turned out a small muffin with a crispy crust. Leave the form in a warm place.

                            And again, my dough stood for hours. Put it in preheated to 200° oven and after 10 minutes reduce to 180°. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

                            Ready bread immediately out of form, put on a wooden Board and cover with a towel.

                            Description has turned out long, but the reality is very simple. Bon appetit!
