Cooking
The milk is heated (it should be warm).
Add sugar, salt and eggs, mix well.
I used a TM yeast SAF moment.
Add 1 tbsp. flour, mix well.
Pour melted margarine and vegetable oil. Pour the remaining flour and knead a soft dough. Flour may need more or less ( it took me 6-6,5 St). The dough should be easy to keep up with the arms and walls of the cookware. Put in a warm place for proofing for 40 minutes, covered with a towel.
The dough after 40 minutes. Again to press down and leave in the warmth for another 30 minutes.
Chicken fillet mince, add chopped parsley and dill. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Divide the dough into pieces. In the middle put the filling.
Put the scones close to each other in a greased form. Cover with a towel and put into heat for half an hour.
Grease the buns with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 180C until Golden color. I have baked about 40 minutes. Bon appetit!
