Delicate pate from the liver will not leave anyone indifferent. The perfect solution for Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

For the sauce flour fry in a little butter. To connect with hot milk and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

Raw liver and onions cut into arbitrarily and skip together through a meat grinder.

Add to liver with onions, shredded white bread and mix well. All together mince.
