Cooking
Mix the flour, sugar and starch, add soda (not extinguish) and mix well.
Add margarine and cheese, all to stretch and knead the dough. If the dough is watery and sticky, it is necessary to add more flour. The dough should be of such consistency that it may roll out with a rolling pin. When you choose the cheese, see that it was melted cheese, not cheese product.
Roll out the dough thickness of 0.5 cm and cut biscuits shaped cookie cutter or a glass with a diameter of 4-5 cm.
Lightly fry sesame seeds on a dry pan.
Grease the cookies with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at t=200-220C until Golden brown.
