Stuffed chicken legs
Well ochchchchchen delicious. I love it.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Legs wash, dry and gently remove the skin (sharp knife!!!).

Very carefully cut off the bone to avoid damage to the skin.

The meat separated from the bones and finely chop.

Peel and finely chop the onion.

Wash and finely chop the mushrooms.

Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

Brown the meat, add the onion and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and saute about three minutes. Allow to cool and add cheese. The beef is ready.
