Potato salad with bacon and sorrel
The salad is hearty, very herbal. Sorrel gives the salad a refreshing and filling – spicy sharpness.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Sorrel

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Olive oil

  • Mustard

Cooking

Eggs boiled and cut into cubes.

Cucumbers also cut into cubes.

New potatoes boiled and cut into pieces of medium size.

Sorrel cut or tear by hand.

Dill finely chop and add to the salad.

Strips of bacon cut into halves and fry, add to the salad.

Salad dressing to make the mixture of olive oil and mustard (in a ratio of about 1:3 or 1:4).

Season the salad and thoroughly mix the ingredients.

Salad can be served immediately after cooking, and cold.
