Cooking
Margarine chop with flour.
Eggs beat well. To the flour add yeast and beaten eggs.
Knead the dough and roll it into a bun.
In a large bowl and pour cold water (can add ice) and put the water ball on the 40-60min.
To get the bun out of the water and dry with a cloth. Pour on the table the sugar and stir it into the dough.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Grease the pan with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Spread the dough evenly on the baking sheet.
While the cakes are baked make cream. Eggs, milk, jam and flour mix until a homogeneous mass. Amount of flour depends on the density of the jam, my jam was runny, so I added 4 tbsp of flour.
To put the cream on a slow fire and stirring constantly, bring to boil. Remove from heat and continue to stir until the cream thickens.
Lubricate the cakes with cream.
The finished cake I was decorated with Linden leaves and flowers of Hypericum, and the dish put currant leaves.
So cake looks in the cut!
