Description
I would invite all to try the berry cake (and wanted to write another). In the day of baking the cake is not moist, with some special "cupcake factory" taste. On the second day the berries are felt some humidity. 170 this is my recipe, sort of a symbol of the transition to the next level.

Cooking
Currants washed, cleaned of twigs, flour sifted.
Combine flour with baking soda, the yogurt added vinegar.
In a bowl, combined the melted butter (cooled), eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Into flour portions poured yogurt, good vymenila.
In the flour component of the added oil.
After mixing the dough should have like thick cream.
Form grease with oil or covered baking paper. I used silicone form (Аллочке1976 thank you for the gift). On the bottom pour some of the dough, then sprinkle a few berries in alternate layers.
Finish with a layer of dough.
Bake in a preheated 200 deg. the oven for about 45 - 60 minutes. Readiness will certainly need to check. Cool completely and removed from the mold.
As a coating used proven over the years the cream: sour cream and powdered sugar.
Distribute the cream on the cake and decorate with berries. Can be fed.
