Potatoes cut into small cubes, carrot slices. Boil.

Finely chop the onion. Separate the mushroom caps from the legs. Heat the frying pan and add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the onion until Golden and add only the legs of mushrooms. Fry and take out with a slotted spoon, shaking to glass butter in the pan (the extra oil in the soup, we don't need).

Separately fry the chopped hats. At the end add to it 2 table. teaspoons of porcini mushrooms. All mix well so that the mushrooms absorbed the powder.

Using a blender make a puree of potato, carrot, onion and mushroom legs. Add the cream. Do not forget to add salt. Stems of dill, parsley, pepper - put in a special bowl for spices or in a soup.

Add fine noodles and mushroom caps into soup!!! Stirring constantly, cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes.

Poured into plates. Decorate with greens and whipped cream. Bon appetit!
