Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Corn flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tkemali

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Saffron

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Mash in a mortar with nuts and saffron, finely chop the onion and garlic.

Butter melt in a pan and fry onion until Golden brown. Add to the pan with onions corn flour, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add a couple of tablespoons of boiling water, stir. add nuts with saffron and asparagus. Stir, bring to the boil and cook for 3 minutes.

Carefully break the eggs, season with salt. sprinkle with garlic, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
