Potato casserole with meat
Friends, of course I love casseroles! Recipe you a sample of one offer! Meat filling is so like me! A coat of gentle will puree! Quick, tasty cook! Satisfying the whole family to feed! The scent is everywhere! Trust the very dish!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    350 g

  • Pine nuts

    0.25 cup

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 tsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the potato, boil until cooked, without salt!

To make a puree

From one onion to make a puree (blender)

In mashed potatoes add the onion puree, seasoning to potatoes, mix well.

To the milk add the egg, whisk

And add milk-egg mixture into the potato-onion puree

Add salt, mix well

For the filling: Fry the second chopped onion (if you'll be doing with the nuts, they are also fried, or done in the oven)

Fry the minced meat. Mince onions and fry separately. (spices don't forget)

The meat put the onions (if nuts are added, then them too)

Form grease with butter, spread half of the mashed potatoes

Top cover with second half of potato-onion puree, level

Sesame fry in a dry pan

Combine sesame seeds and breadcrumbs and melkim in a blender until almost flour

Sprinkle top with mixture of crackers and sesame seeds, spread the pieces of butter and put it into the preheated oven 180-200% approx 30-35 minutes, until Golden brown. Once the casserole is not very darget form, it can be a cool, then warm, then everything is fine.
