wash tomatoes, remove the stalk. soak gelatine in 50 ml of water. in a blender mix tomatoes, onion, wine, salt, pepper, mayonnaise. to odnoobrazny mass. then add the cream, whisk, taste for salt, if necessary, it needs more salt. melt gelatin in the microwave(12s.) or for a couple. pour in the mousse and mix well. form or little gently, brush with vegetable oil and to evenly distribute the mousse. allow to solidify in the refrigerator. and you can eat. decorate on your own.
