Ingredients

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Walnuts

    1 cup

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Saffron

    1 tsp

  • Pomegranate juice

    0.5 cup

  • Garnet

    0.5 piece

  • Cinnamon

    2 g

Have prepared products.

Nuts, garlic pounded. Cut onion into cubes. Cut the coriander. Clean garnet. Do pomegranate juice (or use ready).

To the nuts add the onion, garlic, cilantro, saffron, salt (if desired, add Cayenne pepper) - stir. Dilute dressing with pomegranate juice, add the cinnamon (can add cloves). Combine all beans and mix well.

Ready salad spread in layers in bowl: lettuce, pomegranate. Repeat. Decorate with cilantro leaves and slices of walnut. All a pleasant appetite!
