Coffee and chocolate cake with lemon cream

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Instant coffee

    200 ml

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    550 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Lemon

    3 piece

Cooking

Chocolate to break into pieces. Dissolve coffee in warm water.

Grind sugar with butter and vanilla sugar.

The batter is thickish. Bake 3 layers. The temperature of the oven to 200*. Baking time - 15 minutes.

Decorate to your taste. Of course, the cake must sit for at least an hour. But with my kittens and kitty didn't make it. That's the first cat came to testing!
