Baked pancake with berry filling
This is my favorite summer option is a quick and delicious pie! Moderately sweet, juicy and very flavorful! And most importantly quick and easy!!!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    12 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Berry

    3 cup

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    1 cup

  • Liqueur

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 200C. Rinse the berries and dry.

Beat eggs with milk, flour mixed with sugar and salt.

Butter to melt and lubricate abundantly in the form. Liquid mix is whipped with the dry and let stand for 10 minutes. Then pour in the form. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden brown crew. PS what region will be your form are the same and the edges of the cake.

Squeeze the juice of one orange. Mix with strawberry liqueur.

In a saucepan mix the sugar with orange juice, liqueur and cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick syrup.

Spread fruit in the prepared pancake and pour the sauce, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
