Sandy-yeast rolls
Delicious, crispy on the outside, soft in the inside rolls of whole wheat flour.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Coconut milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    170 g

  • Baking powder

    2 tsp

  • Salt

I threw the milk powder in warm water 5 tsp. per Cup of water.

To the milk add the yeast,1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Stir well. Put in a warm place to let the dough come. Beat butter with salt. I used vegetable oil fats (like Rama)

In the dough add the oil, the sifted flour with baking powder. Dough knead well until smooth, cover with film and leave for 1.5 - 2 hours in a warm place.

Put the dough on a work surface and divide into four parts. From each part roll out the layer of the square form. Sprinkle it with sugar and divide into nine parts.

The finished rolls lay out on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Bake rolls in preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
