The simplest roast at home
This is the easiest recipe for homemade hot. Nothing superfluous, but all the flavor!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Cut into the meat. Fry it in hot oil about 5 minutes. The color of the meat should change, the liquid - evaporate. Then pour a little more oil and fry for 7-10 minutes until blush.

Add the onions and fry for 3-4 minutes

Then add the carrots and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper. Pour the meat with glass of water, add ketchup, stir. Simmer it all under the lid on low heat for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes of cooking pour in the dish still half a glass of water and add the potatoes. Cover with a lid and also cook another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes add the Bay leaf and doselevel/pepper to taste. Leave for another 5-10 minutes to stew.
