Now it so happened, too salty broth. First cooked in the rice - rice turned out awesome, its a different salad used (http://www.povarenok.ru/recipes/show/6795/)... but the soup is still salty. What usually salted stronger? Aspic! Prepare!
Eggs boiled hard-boiled decorated. The gelatin in broth brought to a boil, cooled (I chilled in a bowl of cold water), poured our beauty. I froze it quickly, in the fridge for an hour or 2.
With horseradish - the most it! Nice!
