  • Apple

  • Raisins

    90 g

  • Brown sugar

    60 g

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

Take the puff pastry and cut it into squares 10 X 10 cm

Lay the squares of dough into muffin tins. If the forms are not silicone, they should be lubricated with oil. I have molds 7 cm in diameter at the top rim and 4.5 cm diameter of the bottom.

We will prepare the stuffing. Apple cut into dice. Rinse the raisins and soak in hot water for 15 minutes. Mix the apples and raisins.

Spread the filling in the molds with the dough on top pour about a teaspoon of brown sugar.

Join the edges of the dough, press well formed pouch. Lubricated with egg and sprinkle with a little brown sugar.

Bake in the oven at t=200-180 C, 40-50 minutes. 20-30 minut after start baking the puff to pull the bags out of the tins and just to pester on the baking sheet.
