Cooking
First, prepare chocolate-walnut mixture. To do this, grind nuts, chocolate RUB on a coarse grater or cut with a knife, cold butter cut into small cubes, add the cinnamon, sugar, cocoa and flour.

A baking pan with parchment (you can't make, just butter, but it is easier to get out of shape). Spread half of the batter, even out.
From top to distribute half of chocolate mixture. Then another layer of dough and a layer of the mixture.
Put in a preheated 175°C oven for 55-60 minutes.
