Description
This is another variation on the Caprese. Caprese snack, one of the varieties of antipasti, including tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil and Basil. The name of this appetizer received from Capri (Italy).

Cooking
The dough thawed at room temperature. Roll out a layer of dough in one direction (so it went up and not lost form).
Grate some cheese, I took the Dutch, because my kids do not like mozzarella. But better, of course, it would be better mozzarella.
To pick Basil so the leaves were entirely.
Chop the garlic through the press.
A layer of dough to grease with mustard, layer by layer to lay out all the toppings: first the fennel, then tomatoes and Basil, then the garlic; it's all liberally sprinkle with cheese.
Turn all into a roll, cut into portions. Put a little bit of cheese. Put on baking tray and put in the oven for 25 minutes at temperature of 200-220 degrees.
