Greek shepherd's pie with onion
Delicious food is in Greece, almost a cult. And the bread is in this culture the place of honor. I no longer take a purchase the bread, and bake this tasty, fragrant Greek bread with a crispy crust. And the use of it is undeniable. The weight of the final product in this tab, about 500 grams.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Olive oil

  • Shallots

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Half of the flour sift into a bowl, add salt, sugar. Make a well and add diluted in half a whey yeast, then the rest of the serum and the oil. And begin to gradually mix in remaining flour. Knead a soft dough. Leave in a warm place for an hour (or until the increase in volume 2 times). Punch down the dough. Add the chopped onion, spices, dried garlic. And again knead. Put the dough in a greased form and hands to evenly distribute it. Top to grease with strong tea.
