Curry with meatballs and peppers
Flavorful and very satisfying dish. Will appeal to meat lovers, and fans of vegetable gravy. What could be better than such food in cold weather or after a snow walk.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Garlic

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

Bow to punch in a blender into a puree, mix with minced meat. Add the eggs and salt. Mix well. Form cover with foil, and grease with butter. Of minced meat roll into balls the size of a walnut, put on foil and bake at t=180 25-30 min.

Now for the sauce. To do this in hot oil fry the finely chopped onion for 5 minutes, Add the sliced pepper and garlic, fry for 5 mins Add soy sauce. Simmer for another 3 min.

Add spices, ginger, tomatoes and stir. Pour the broth and stew a few minutes. Put meatballs in sauce and warm them for 10 minutes on low heat.

You can serve it with any side dish.
