Potato gratin
Juicy, tasty, rich casserole with chicken, cream and potatoes... inside and out.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.5 kg

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

To postpone 3-4 potatoes for the filling. The rest of the potato peel, boil in salted water

Potato mash, add butter, dill, flour, cool.

Deverticalized onions chop, fry in vegetable oil until transparent, add chopped chicken and fry for 7-10 min., the remaining potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes, put the chicken and fry until cooked. Season with salt and pepper.

Form grease with oil, put into it a large part of the puree, forming bumpers. Spread chicken with potatoes. Mix well the eggs with the cream. To fill them the filling.
