Cooking

step-0
Start the process by preparing the cream: freeze dried ice cream
step-1
Whipped with sour cream
step-2
Added condensed milk and a thickening agent
step-3
At this point, it seemed to me that the cream is too liquid, and I stuff another bag of dried cream
step-4
Added softened butter and 2 tbsp of cognac
step-5
This has turned cream, and I sent in the fridge to rest
step-6
Biscuit eggs lightly whipped with sugar
step-7
Here is a white chocolate
step-8
Rubbed on a fine grater (floor-tiles on the cake), added the baking powder
step-9
Sifted flour, ended up with a pretty thick batter
step-10
Put the dough in covered with parchment and greased the form of split (26 cm) and in the oven for about 220*C for 15 min. Turned out to be such a cake. The number of layers depends on the diameter of your form and the desired height of the cake. I baked three layers,
step-11
Each was cut in half. Due to the fact that the eggs were from domestic chickens, the cake turned out cheerful yellow... don't know what influenced my plate (possibly the fact that in the repair process moved it to another place), but the cakes turned out smooth, and not swollen cap as usual... So for dusting the sides of the cake I had to bake another small muffin with 1 egg, 3 tbsp. sugar and 1/3 Cup. flour and grind it into crumbs...
step-12
The cherries that I thawed, cut in half, added 3 tbsp corn starch, 1 tablespoon of brandy and heated until thick
step-13
Gather the cake: 1 cake+cream 2nd cake+cream
step-14
3rd cake+cherry 4th cake+cream 5th cake+cream
step-15
For the glaze egg white whipped with citric acid until a stable foam, then continuing to whisk, gradually add powdered sugar (about 100 g) until the mixture ceased to subside with halo
step-16
Top the cake smeared with frosting, the sides are cream and sprinkled with crumbs, decorated with colored sprinkles and coconut Cake somewhere in the night stood in the refrigerator
step-17
Here it is in context
step-18
Here's a piece... enjoy your TEA!!!
