I suggest to try a delicious cupcakes from small plates of polenta with cheese and seeds.

Cooking
Polenta mixed with flour, paprika and seeds. Add salt to taste.
Cheese TM "experts" (I took people) to grate on a medium grater.
In another bowl mix eggs, butter (room temperature), milk and cheese.
Both masses mix, knead thick dough. Leave it for 10-15 minutes (to corn grain swelled).
The obtained dough in smear with butter (or paper) muffin tins. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake for 35-40 minutes.
