Pie
Very tasty cake, crumbly, like a muffin, but much softer, low products. Pie is decent and without toppings. I bake it for many years!!! Very long baked without the filling, so decided to experiment and started to add the apples - this was beyond my expectations, very tasty. Today I decided to add the raisins.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    0.333 tsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Raisins

Cooking

Melt the margarine, add the sugar.

Add kefir and soda, the soda will be liquidated with yogurt. Mix well.

To check the readiness with a dry knife if suddenly the pie is not cooked, leave it in the oven at 150 degrees for another 15 minutes, he will come.
