Description

Aromatic cabbage pie
Very rich and delicious cake of puff pastry with sauerkraut and a dressing made of sour cream, eggs and cheese. Easily replaces dinner or a main dish for lunch.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    300 g

  • Sauerkraut

    500 g

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken breast

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

The dough thaw, roll out and put into a form to bumpers.

Heat the olive oil and fry the onion until Golden brown.

Add sauerkraut, wine, sugar and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper.
