Description
Very rich and delicious cake of puff pastry with sauerkraut and a dressing made of sour cream, eggs and cheese. Easily replaces dinner or a main dish for lunch.

Cooking
The dough thaw, roll out and put into a form to bumpers.
Heat the olive oil and fry the onion until Golden brown.
Add sauerkraut, wine, sugar and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Season with salt and pepper.
In the cabbage, add the cumin.
Mix everything and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Beat eggs with a fork with 1 tsp of water.
Spread on the dough cabbage filling.
Put the egg-sour cream mixture.
Bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
