Buckwheat pancakes with ricotta
Very unusual taste of buckwheat flour is the first time I tried to bake pancakes from it, was insanely happy. And in combination with ricotta is something!!!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Buckwheat flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Whisk the eggs, sugar, salt, vanillin.

The yogurt slightly warm, add soda, stir, pour in the egg mixture.

Buckwheat flour I made myself, Paramonov buckwheat. Add flour and starch, stir.

Add vegetable oil, stir. The dough should be as liquid sour cream.

Bake the pancakes, as thin as possible pouring the batter onto a hot frying pan.

Mix ricotta with powdered sugar and sesame seeds.

The finished pancake put the stuffing and turn into a tube.
