Cooking
First, prepare the filling. Onions finely chop, fry in melted butter. Add the finely chopped garlic.
When the onions in the pan becomes transparent, turn off the heat and add to the pan finely chopped cilantro, pepper, grated cheese and cottage cheese. Salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Each chicken fillet to be cut a little wide, deploy, and lightly beat off the smooth side of the hammer. On one side put 2 tbsp of filling and wrap. Fry in ghee on medium heat until Golden brown.
Add all of the meatballs in a shallow baking dish, pour remaining pan juices and put in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees. Garnish to cutlets to serve boiled rice and fresh vegetables.
