Timbale zucchini
Timbal - French cuisine, something between a pudding and a casserole. This vegetable dish is incredibly soft, light and airy. Very simple to prepare, looks impressive and the taste is simply unforgettable.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Zucchini peel and cut into thin circles.

Tomato is also cut into thin circles (polukruzhochkami).

For filling, mix eggs, sour cream and oregano. Season with salt and pepper.

Molds for muffins or cupcakes to grease sunflower oil Oleina.

Put in molds in alternating zucchini and tomato, starting and ending with zucchini.

Pour the sour cream mixture.

Bake in a water bath at 180C for 30-35 minutes or just in the oven. Cool slightly and before serving turn. Bon appetit!
