New year's appetizer
Well marinated beef roasted and thinly sliced for a buffet or as a portion of the filing, also perfect for light and hearty salads. If you want to turn a snack into a salad, add a little mustard as a dressing.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Pomegranate juice

    20 ml

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Lettuce

    4 piece

I marinated 3 steaks of beef. For 4 servings of appetizers I had one of the steak weight of 300g. Wash and dry the beef steaks. Folded into the container. Add the classic Kikkoman soy sauce.

Add pomegranate sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Thoroughly mash the beef in the marinade, cover and put into the fridge for a few days, at least for a day.

Marinated beef wipe dry.

Heat vegetable oil, I used corn and fry the steak over high heat on both sides until cooked. Not desiccate.

I stir fry the meat until flush with one side, flip. And fry the other side for a few minutes. Then pierce the steak with a fork, if the steak is easily pierced and the blood follows, the meat is ready.

Put the steak on the Board.

Cut into slices thickness of about 1 mm.

Put the extra meat in a container and cover with a lid. So the beef remains juicy.

Chop the vegetables and cheese in large strips. Take the lettuce leaf and assemble a snack bouquet.

Put the starter in a suitable glass, add the green onion. And serve. Bon appetit! Meat and vegetables are very juicy and does not require additional charging, but if You wish to file an appetizer, a salad, use Your favorite mustard as a dressing.
