Lemon cake rice flour
Very interesting cupcake, instead of the usual rice flour is used. The cake turns out very tender, moist and with a wonderful lemon flavor!

  • Butter

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Rice flour

    150 g

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

RUB 150g of butter with sugar.

Beat eggs one at a time (total 3 pieces), stir.

Well my natiraem lemon and zest directly into the batter. From lemon squeeze the juice into the dough.

150 g rice flour (I made it myself, milled rice in a coffee grinder) add 50 g of wheat flour and 1.5 tsp baking powder. Knead well.

Spread the batter in the form. Optionally, put the raisins.

Put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven, great shape - for 40-50 minutes, and 20-25.
