Oat cake with cottage cheese filling
Oat cake with cottage cheese filling is incredibly tasty. Pie is good up to a Cup of morning coffee and just for a snack.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    200 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cheese

    350 g

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Walnuts

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

To prepare oatmeal pie I took Extra oat flakes TM "Mistral".

Mix the dry ingredients - rolled oats Extra TM "Mistral", the flour, baking powder and sugar.

Add the melted butter.

Mix well to make crumbly dough, like a large baby. Oatmeal dough leave for some time until we prepare the filling.

For the filling: cheese punching blender with the egg and sugar into a homogeneous mass. Add the raisins and stir.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil (I have a split form with a diameter of 18 cm), the bottom lay a parchment. Spread 2/3 of the oatmeal dough and well compacted.

On top of the dough evenly spread the grated on a coarse grater apples.

Then evenly distribute the cheese filling.

For the curd to spread the remaining oatmeal batter.

Chop walnuts, mix with brown sugar and sprinkle on top of pie. Bake oatmeal cake with curd and apples at a temperature of 180 degrees 40 minutes.

Pie oatmeal cool completely in the form, then carefully transfer to a plate, garnish the pie with the wish. I decorated with chocolate drops and confectionery powder. Bon appetit!
