Chocolate brownie with cherries and cream cheese
The recipe is simple enough, but the brownie turns out the way it is served in restaurants - delicious taste and aroma of chocolate, cherry adds a nice acidity, making the dessert truly amazing.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cherry

The first step is to melt in a water bath butter and chocolate, pre-splitting all to pieces.

Finally, the last layer. Optional pour the chocolate batter in the form or decorate as your imagination tells you. Our dessert bake it in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
